Terms and Conditions Upon receipt of order, CIRS shall contact the Client to confirm the information on the order form. Once the required work is agreed upon by both the CIRS and the Client, the Client shall be invoiced for the total amount of the order. Payment is due 10 days from the date of the invoice. CIRS cannot guarantee that a candidate will be hired as a result of the order, or that candidates presented will be interested in the opportunity available. All prices are subject to change without notice. CIRS shall notify the Client of any price changes prior to commencement of work.
